ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Drive orientation and on-boarding for new joiners  - Implement and support various HR processes / policies and partner with business mangers to meet business goals.   - Drive Attrition discussions with business, work with them to facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets  - Facilitate and drive leadership connect through skip level meetings and work with managers to circle back actions taken on the feedback  - Facilitate Employee Engagement Processes in the Account/process aligned to  - Support quarterly Rewards & Recognition program in the Business Unit  - Drive Engagement Survey along with action planning and feedback  - Managing exits for the Business Unit  - Ensure appropriate disciplinary steps in case of process / policy related violations
