AM - Global Workforce Analytic, Noida  Position is responsible for providing support to the Global Workforce Analytic team through the reporting and analysis of Workforce information.  Essential KRAs:   - SME for knowledge on Workforce Reporting and understanding of business aspects  - Generate, prepare and analyze scheduled and adhoc reports  - Understand client requirements and migrate/create moderate to complex reports/dashboards based on the same  - Client/stakeholder communication and management to ensure client/stakeholder satisfaction  - Improve operational efficiency within process  - Manage a team of 4-5 Business Analysts  Experience and education:   - Minimum 7 years of work experience; 6+ years of relevant business experience as a Reporting professional  - Previous work experience in Workforce Reporting is a must  - Previous experience of setting up reporting processes and delivering customized requests  Skills set required:   - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and basic computer applications is a must  - Knowledge of MIS and Data Management Concepts  - Working knowledge of OBIEE and/or any other Business Intelligence tool  Please share your resumes on the IIM platform itself, will connect with the candidates immediately.
