Assistant Manager - Financial Risk Management - Big4 (3-6 yrs)
My client Big 4 is hiring :
These resources will be based out of Mumbai and will serve Middle East market (Travel to Middle East).
Note: Prior experience in a big 4 is preferable
Job Specifications :
- Required Skills (Specializing or advanced exposure in at least two of the below areas)
Basel 2 implementation :
- Credit Risk Analytics / Rating Models / Retail score cards - application and behavioral / PD / LGD / EAD model development
- Model validation of corporate and retail models using statistical techniques
- Credit risk Internal Ratings Based Approach for capital computation
IFRS 9 :
- Derivative pricing / VAR methodologies
- Asset liability management / Liquidity risk / Fund transfer pricing
- Risk technology implementation
- ICAAP reviews
- Basel 3 including LCR, NSFR computation
Job Purpose :
The job entails process consulting and developing risk and regulatory solutions to the financial services clients and aiding business development.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Reviewing the regulatory compliances with regards to capital adequacy for banks designing basel-2 framework.
- Assisting clients in IFRS 9 implementation
- Leading engagements when required as per level
- Providing process and regulatory consulting for financial service roles
- Conducting research and providing value added information to preparing proposals
Preparing service offering brochures/materials for circulation to clients
Assist in preparation of PoVs or thought papers on new regulatory developments/regulations
- Ensuring documentation standards are maintained as per the expected norms
- Adhering to internal risk and control procedures
Should be adept in making power point presentations
Having good client management, project management and problem solving abilities
Experience Required :
- Deputy Manager: 3 - 6 years- work ex
Reporting to :
- Manager / Senior Manager
