Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA - Pharma/Healthcare (3-5 yrs)
The incumbent will require a hands-on approach with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- A team player with a partnering approach and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management and responsible for forecasting and planning purposes.
- Additionally participates in special projects and analysis of business unit results and issues.
Experience :
- Responsible for annual budgeting, financial planning and capital planning processes for the business.
- Support other functions including marketing and sales with forecasts, budgets and analysis of monthly results.
- Responsible for preparation of Monthly operational review decks.
- Prepare ad-hoc reviews and reports as required by various stakeholders
- Prepare Expense trackers for close Monitoring of SG&A spend.
Qualifications/Skills :
- CA 3-4 yrs. experience
- Currently working in a FP&A role
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis and reporting
