Position - Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis  Location - Pune  Experience - 1 -3 yrs  Qualification - CA (Batch 2013 - 2014 - 2015)  Industry - FMCG / Pharma / Manufacturing  Being a part of the FP&A function, the incumbent will play a key role in Performance Management & Reviews, Business Proposal Evaluation, Annual Planning / Budgeting exercise for the business and rolling down the final Plan to each region within Workplace business. The incumbent will also support the business and Country Leadership Team in various routine and ad-hoc analysis and partner with the business teams in achieving organizational objectives through insight-based data analytics on business performance.  Chartered Accountant with ~ 2 Years Experience  FMCG or any other Industry   Hands-on in MS Excel and Power Point  Higher degree of Communication and Spoken English  Good Analytical and Thinking Ability to draw insights and inferences  Assisting in roll-up of Annual Planning / Budgeting exercise for the country with detailed analysis / insights  - Assisting in tracking progress vs Plan for Net Sales, Margins for all categories and Regions on a monthly basis and highlighting the issues requiring immediate attention and fix-up  - Publishing the Category-wise / Region-wise / SKU-wise results (Volumes, Net Sales, Margins, Sales Skew) on a monthly basis within the set timelines  - Assisting the business teams in various Cost Management initiatives through analytics, feasibility study and other workings as required  - Supporting the Business teams in special projects and assignments through discussions / participation, insight-based data analytics, other ad-hoc workings  - Preparing and Maintaining Zero Based Budget for Fixed Costs and tracking the actual spends vs Plan on a monthly basis and highlighting exceptions  - Assisting in periodic review of Pricing for all SKUs after detailed working on product's landed costs, margin expectations and other workings as appropriate  - Working with local accounting / controls team and helping in month end book closing and other incidental activities  - Working on Projects - GST, Vistex, Evaluation of Segments and Channels
