Assistant Manager - Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Prepare IT OPEX/CAPEX analysis of variances and reporting for regular review sessions based on inputs from IT Team Leaders

- Actual cost monitoring and driving necessary controls to drive productivity

- Raising of purchase orders, approval escalations in line with budget run rate

- Assist IT, Project and Finance Teams in closing POs Process and ensuring suppliers are paid on time

- Supporting supplier payment enquiries, updating and maintaining supplier details

- Identify the Productivity initiatives to drive rationalization of Costs in IT function. Use benchmark data to drive productivity initiatives

- Internal Chargeback and allocation mechanism to bring transparency on IT spend

Desired Skills and Experience:

Skills (Technical):

- B. Com/M.Com/MBA graduate with a strong record of academic success

- 5-7 years of relevant work experience

- Understanding of IT controls and IT governance will be highly desirable

- Excellent working knowledge of Excel Word and Power point.

- Ability to succeed in collaborative, team-based organization

Skills (Behavioural):

- Ability to perform under pressure, ability and willingness to learn.

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Good Problem solving skills and analytical abilities
