Assistant Manager - Finance & Control (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for accurate and timely submission of all Finance related regulatory (RBI) returns
- Primary Finance contact point for (i) RBI inspections (ii) Statutory audit of the bank branch
- To be responsible for preparing schedules for Statutory Audit/Group Audits pertaining to relevant areas of costs and sundry assets/liabilities, receivables/payables etc.
- GL control : facilitate and review all balance sheet items and maintaining control over sundry / suspense accounts
- Product control : support onshore product control related activities to the extent applicable including production of daily P & L, new product approvals etc.
- Ensure that transactions and balances are correctly reflected in the accounting records, statutory financial statements and regulatory returns.
- To design and provide up- to date cost MIS at regular intervals to Management including providing the team with ledger/system extracts as and when required.
- Is responsible for all matters relating to Accounting, Financial Reporting and Financial Control
- Is responsible for preparation of all reports – internal and external.
