Skills & Attributes :
- Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards
- Prepare Annual Budgets for effective management of the organization.
- Prepare various analysis reports based on variance analysis.
- Capability to finalizing accounts of holding company; and consolidation of subsidiaries accounts; finalize audits with Big 4 audit firms.
- Proven abilities in establishing, designing and enhancing financial processes and systems, reviewing complex financial data to facilitate financial growth of the organization
Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly revenue and cost forecast
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in core Finance and Accounts.
- Prepare monthly Gross Margin Reports as well as Income Statement per project, country and region
- Review expense reports and purchase requisitions to ensure correct coding and allocations
- Perform necessary financial analysis to verify that all corporate allocations, accruals and revenue/cost posting is correct Invoices and Payments
- Finalization of Accounts
- Corporate compliance
- Analysing Company financial statement including KPI analysis
- Produce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them
- Formulating business Plans, budgets and establishing alerts within the system for major variances and corrective action.
- Contribute towards finalization of accounts and closure of books
- Review of Accounting Policies, Notes & Other disclosures
- Preparation of Balance Sheet & submission of management reports
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plans, Bank CMA data
- E-Filing of TDS returns, Producing and analyzing annual and monthly accounts.
- Handling of Service Tax Scrutiny matter and Income Tax Scrutiny matter independently, Managing expenditure, credit, payroll and investments.
- Handling statutory audits with Big 4 firms; evaluating internal control systems/ procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.
- Reviewing, implementing and adapting new and existing financial systems and controls. Advising managers on financial policy and control, such as the costs and benefits of a particular project..
- Prepare consolidation and manage budget for the year upon getting relevant approval.
- Development, Preparation and review of various MIS reports to meet the organisations need.
- Have good knowledge of financial analysis
Qualification :
- CA Qualified
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication.
- Should be aggressive, have urge for learning and interest towards various roles.
