Assistant Manager - Finance - CA - BFSI/Mfg/BPO/FMCG

Qualification - CA 1st Attempt and 2nd Attempt only

Responsibilities:

Complete responsibility of accounting and reporting function with focus on automation and efficiency of processes

Handle end-to-end accounting function & ensure robust accounting system to track center accounting for consolidation.

Invoicing and vendor reconciliations

Verification of contracts/documents with vendors

Fixed Asset Management

Making Monthly Information Statement (MIS) Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Accounts, Bank Reconciliation Statements, Sales Invoice, and other various statements as per requirement of Company

Prepare Cash Flow Statement periodically and also monitor fund position

Update and roll out MIS for weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly reports.

Responsible for execution of business planning and within the budget for effective financial management of the organization, to achieve its overall objectives

Sound understanding of compliance under TDS, Service Tax and other laws

Handle a team of account executives & maximum their efficiency

Will be working on Due Diligence, Secretarial Compliance, Investor reporting, auditing, finalization of Books, P& L Balance sheet, Reporting & Budgets.
