Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA (2-4 yrs)
Essential skills and experience:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role (financial and regulatory).
- Self-motivated, resilient, energetic with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance monitoring detail and also see bigger picture with regard to financial transactions.
- Resilience and an ability to probe and resolve issues.
- Intellectual curiosity and tenacity.
- Solid organisational skills and ability to work as a team.
Key accountabilities:
- Accountable and responsible for supporting the complete, accurate, compliant and timely entity reporting, both financial and regulatory.
- Responsible for understanding all the risks and controls of the entity (across all departments which impact the entity), managing and reporting on the finance risks and controls
- Contribute to strong working relationships with key stakeholders both in India and the UK, including external auditors.
- Ensure that transfer pricing flows and documentation is accurate and complete.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Working to support a UK finance team from an office environment.
- Investment Management or financial services industry experience.
- Experience of regulated environment.
- Experience of Hyperion HFM, JDE environments and Microsoft Access.
