The Heritage Group of schools is a chain of experiential learning K-12 schools with over 6500 Students, 650 Teachers across three campuses.   - Known for its progressive education and project-based learning pedagogy, Heritage is consistently ranked in the top 10 day-boarding schools in the country.   - Also know for its entrepreneurial culture, Enlearn is run by some of the finest educational professionals from some of the world's best institutions including Harvard, Woodstock school etc.  Job Summary :   - We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts to work closely with the senior leadership team and take full ownership of Financial MIS and Budgeting for all the 3 schools.   - The role is a progressive role with exposure to all facets of the operations and requires close coordination with all the three schools.   - We are looking for a motivated and a dynamic person who is a self starter and takes the lead to get the job done.   The job responsibilities would primarily include the following :  Essential Duties :   MIS & Analytics :  - Run the monthly MIS meetings and Coordinate with & collate data from the respective schools to ensure that the monthly MIS- happen on time  - Track the individual school Budgets, cash flows and P&L on a monthly basis  - Review the MIS for each school to identify variances / exceptions for management reporting   - Prepare Management Dashboards on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis presenting useful insights and analysis to the management to aid in better decision making  Budgeting & forecasting :  - Prepare the overall Annual Budget for all 3 schools individually (split into quarters and months) based on inputs from the respective school heads ; Vet and validate the underlying assumptions   - Monitor actual performance against the set budgets   - Coordinate with all the school heads to identify the reasons for the variation between the budgeted and actual performance   - Analyze & report the exceptions to the management   Profile Required :  - 3-5 years of consulting/project management/Audit/Analytics experience. Experience of working in education management/executing grass root K-12 related activities will be an added advantage but is not mandatory  - CA degree or Management degree from a Tier 1 institute  - Fluency with MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint   - Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.  - Demonstrated experience in Good project management skills
