Job Description

- Managing an end to end execution of client deliverables while maintaining quality and timeliness

- IT assessment and re-assessment

- Handling IT/ TDS returns and compliance

- Tax provisioning

- Imparting advice on Income Tax matters

- Maintaining advisory and compliance on DTAAs (Outbound and Inbound)

- Interacting with Government and Regulatory Authorities

- Assisting clients with appeals and representations in front of the Tribunal and IT commissioner

- Seeking opinions from experts

Desired Skills:

- Candidates with Big Four experience and having International Tax certifications will have an added advantage

- Additional qualification of CS will be an added advantage

- Thorough technical knowledge on Indian Tax (Income Tax and DTAA), Corporate Law and International Tax

- Basic knowledge of Indirect Tax, FEMA and Transfer Pricing

- General business awareness

- Good Excel, presentation and report writing skills

- Handling clients
