Job Description :
- Understand and drive Business critical Projects
- Important projects that span across Business Technology, Business and Operations
- Projects aimed at Digital transformation dialogue, reach to various enterprises and carriers, Business Solutions, Vertical pitches, Product Incubation, Case studies etc.;
- Analysis of what is working and what is not
- Critical analysis of Business reports, SFDC reports and trends in Business
- Assist senior management in Business solutions with Business insights.
Responsibilities include :
- Expertise- Good knowledge of PPT, Excel and able to make meaningful insights based on Data
- Solutions- Understand TCL product portfolio and product line.
- Insights - Work with Engineering and Support teams . Various cross functional teams across globe.
Professional Qualifications
- Able to communicate with and present to, internal and external senior management confidently..
- Present Road map for existing multi-vendor environments. Highlight 3rd party professional services integration as the case may be.
- Develop Cost-Benefit analysis
- Understand RoI and TCO models
- Good Team player
- Commercial acumen with a knowledge of products and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to understand design and technologies.
- Good understanding of Digital technologies ( Machine learning, Cognitive, AI etc.;)
- Excellent PPT making and Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to propose vertical solutions
- Knowledge of Case studies and ability to customize for a particular customer set
- At least 4 years experience
- Ability to grasp fast and good listening skills
- Customer facing is advantageous but not mandatory
Prefer : Mumbai candidates
Required Skills and abilities :
- Proven analytic skills that build relationships with the key stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and experience in documenting requirements and specifications is essential.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- B Tech plus MBA desired
