Our client is one of the leading BPO/ KPO firms catering to Global clients. They are looking for law graduates having 3-7 years of relevant work experience, for their Legal department. The candidates should have a prior experience in a reputed international company preferably in an international IT /ITES Industry or a KPO industry.  POSITION: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Legal  REPORTING TO: General Manager (Legal)  QUALIFICATION: Law graduate from a reputed University.  EXPERIENCE:  Post LLB experience of 3-7 years in relevant domain  PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  1. Translating briefs/discussions into draft contracts/ agreements.  2. Vetting Customer/Service Contracts and other miscellaneous agreements including Investment / Share Purchase Agreements and supporting the Lead Counsel on negotiating these with the Customers.  3. Awareness about the Laws applicable to the IT/ITES industries to ensure compliance within the organization.  4. Having experience in working with Clients based outside India preferably U.S and Europe.  5. Knowledge of Payment Industry laws, Mortgage and other similar laws in US is desirable.   6. Ability to keep abreast of material changes in the telecommunication laws of US such as FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), all state and federal laws, rules, or regulations pertaining to the use of telephones, email, fax, automated telephonic equipment and other telephony and telecommunications products and services Keeping and assessing the effect/applicability of the same to the Company and advising the Management of the same.  7. Knowledge and experience of dealing with US labour/contract and other applicable corporate laws.   8. Keeping track of Legal Compliances under different applicable national and international laws.  9. Preparing information for Due Diligence exercises, participating in the Due Diligence process and preparing consequential status report.   10. Willing to adapt to the challenging situation and ability to deal with complex legal issues.  11. Well versed in Windows MS Office Applications  BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:  1. Ability to go through and understand different kinds of contracts for minutest details and assess effect of the same on the Company's interest.  2. Deftness in drafting different types of contracts and other documents.   3. Discipline for maintaining utmost confidentiality  4. Considering that the clients of the Comp any are in different time zones willing to work at different time zones  5. Good verbal communication skills to deal with foreign clients.   6.
