Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - HRMS/HRIS - Mfg (3-7 yrs)
- To assist in the implementation of group wide HRMS system.
- Develop and review user requirements to ensure that all user requirements are correctly documented
- Develop and review all product documentation and user manuals .
- Ensure detailed product testing before the product goes live
- Plan, Develop , and implement extensive user training in the use of HRIS.
- Ensure effective utilization of the HRIS system by all businesses
- Engage extensively with users to understand requirements
- Monitor preparation of detailed user requirements documents and ensure that the requirements documents are reviewed and accepted by the users
- Monitor and Ensure the preparation of detailed user manuals
- Ensure that all are readily available and user friendly.
- Ensure that all such product manuals are reviewed in detail and accepted by users
- Ensure that all direct and in-direct users of the system have been identified and are trained in the use of the system
- Prepare training plan
- Monitor implementation of training plan
