Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Conglomerate (3-6 yrs)
Asst Manager / Deputy Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis for a US multinational conglomerate
Major accountabilities are:
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting
- Ensure compliance of Inventory and CAPEX targets.
- Ensure the Financial performance is monitored and deviations vs Target / LE is highlighted and corrective actions implemented to stay on course to deliver agreed Financials.
- Ensure submission of Target / LE / Plan as per global / regional timelines
- Analyze data and makes plausibility check using different information sources and systems
- Ensure compliance of processes (SIT / Accruals etc) with accounting and reporting-
- Prepare monthly reporting for Senior management and provide relevant variance analysis (actual against Latest Estimate (LE), prior year and budget), and regular ad hoc analysis for management
- Constantly challenge status quo with regard to processes & procedures and establish/change/document all financial processes
Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA
