Job Description - As a Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager you will :

- Develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Client Business Problems

- Perform high end analysis and provide Business solutions

- Develop and Manage new and existing Collection Strategies in order to optimize profitability

- Identify and implement ways to improve business processes

- Perform business/financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting

The Successful Candidate - As a Successful Applicant you need to have:

- Bachelors/MBA/Masters (Economics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics) from Tier 1 Institutes like IITs, IIMs, DSE

- 2-7 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Collections Analytics, Collections Strategies

- Demonstrate proficiency in tools like SAS, R, Excel, VBA

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Self Motivated and dedicated individual with leadership and decision making skills
