Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Accounts - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
Handling Statutory payments and Filing Returns (VAT, Service Tax, TDS, TCS, PT).
Handling Scrutiny assessments of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax and Professional tax.
Handling the responsibility right from preparation of checklist upto the stage of Finalization and preparation and submission of Tax Audit Reports.
Preparation and submission of VAT Audit Reports.
Prepare all necessary month end reports as required by Management.
Monthly Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet preparation.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met and maintain financial database.
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Ensuring checking of vouchers, petty cash vouchers with before making payment to Vendor.
Ensure payments are allocated in a timely manner to facilitate bank reconciliation
Regular audit management with banking institutions
Reconcile the fixed assets and inventory on periodic basis
Finalization of Accounts and Preparation of Annual Report of the Company
Maintenance of Books of Accounts and Internal Control Documentation
Basically someone who is into hardcore Accounts & someone who is well versed with Accounting Standards.
Must be working in similar exposure in reputed company with hands on experience on the Role above..
Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
