- Driving monthly S&OP process

- Finalising Sales Plan on pan India basis

- Finalising stock levels and days coverage

- Coordination with Sales, Supply Planning, Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing Teams for the same

- Preparation of Consensus & S&OP Decks

- Leading Demand Planning process for the organisation

- Execution of unconstrained demand forecast process for 500+ SKUs at All India Level

- Generation and tuning of Baseline Forecast using Market dynamics, trends and other demand drivers

- Performing Demand Segmentation on half yearly basis for improving forecast accuracy

- Performing Product Portfolio Optimisation on monthly basis

- Measuring and analysing KPIs for Forecast Performance

- Preparation of Budget Sourcing Matrix

- Preparation of Planning KPIs deck for Global level reporting for the organization

- Demand Planning

- Sales Forecasts (SAP APO)

- Supply Chain Management

- Inventory Management

- Managing suppliers globally and review stock status

- Stock Deployment

- Reports

Education : MBA (Tier 1 Colleges into Materials Management, Preferred NITIE, SP Jain, SJ SOM, IIT)

Experience : 2+ Years
