Job Responsibilities :-

- Customer Service

- Handling entire process from post sales till possession

- Achieving Collection Targets

- Preparation of Sales Documentation :- Application forms/ Allotment Letters / Agreement for Sale - Construction, / Demand Notices, / Sale Deeds, / Tripartite Agreements/ NOC for Bank

- Follow-up for collections with customers / Banks

- Complaints/Feedback Solutions

- Customer Interface for all queries requirements and documentations

- Handling Feedback / Queries / Requests from Customers

- Preparation of MIS - Monthly Sales Reports, Collections, Feedback

- Coordination with Marketing, Sales, Finance & Engineering for handling customer issues, if any

- Data Entry in SAP system

- Internal & External Interactions:- Internal: Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Legal & Engineering

External: Customers, Bankers & Brokers.
