Assistant Manager - Credit Analysis - BFSI - APAC

Overall Purpose Of Role :

- Assist identify and act upon/report early warning signs in the lending book and ensure all covenants, conditions and triggers are adhered to

- Manage robust data integrity procedures, to assist other Lending Operations units in completion of Sarbox controls

- Ensure that Risk Control & Credit procedures are adhered to and enhanced where possible.

- Assist Lending Operations Head in performance management of staff

Requirements :

- CFA/ FRM/ CA or MBA (any discipline)

- Experience in corporate credit analysis in a global bank

- Accounting skills and familiarity with UK tax and/ or accounting regulations

- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products

- Advanced level of analytical skills to see inside complex business problems to the core issues

- Understanding of team dynamics and ability to manage conflicts

- Strong business acumen to understand clients- requirements

- Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders

- Experience in managing SLA delivery

- Proven track record of performance improvement through innovation

- Knowledge of business continuity and contingency planning

Preferred :

- Experience in team handling / people management

- Exposure to risk and compliance framework in a global organisation
