Job Description :

Strategy & Market Research :

- The person will be involved in drawing up the business and implementation plans for various business initiatives with the Strategy team.

- Primary functions shall include Market Research, Strategy Development, Financial modeling and Business Case development.

- Gather and assimilate external market data

- Identify and analyze growth opportunities for the Company

- Analyze markets and products to identify business opportunities and generate new business ideas (new business areas, products, etc.)

- Help to define projects design including deliverables, responsibilities and milestones

- Business Case Development

- Follow-up on progress against work plan/ deliverables

- Build models and assess market data

- Help establish formal product or product business case

- Support product lifecycle process and gate review activities

- Track actual commercial performance against previous business cases

- Create documents that describe the strategy - communicate as appropriate

Internal spokesperson :

- Act as an internal market champion and subject matter expert

- Support external partner and market engagement activities

- Reporting Reporting to Head - Projects & Transformation

- Prior work experience required : 1 to 3 years; Bright FRESHERS can also apply

- Beginners in Financial services industry or Oil & Gas industry is Preferred

Soft skills :

- Analytical able to deal with complexity and high levels of uncertainty

- Technically proficient sufficiently to interpret technology trends and dependencies

- Excellent communicator both written and verbal, ability to make a convincing argument

- Team work strong interpersonal and team working skills and an ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization

- Innovation entrepreneurial by nature, tuned to identifying opportunities and assessing options for addressing them

- Business oriented strong business sense, focused on return on investment and establishing success criteria

- Multi-tasking ability to multi-task and work under pressure; flexibility with last-minutes challenges/changes

Education : Preferably Engineer + MBA from a premier institute

Age : 23-30 years

Location : Chennai

Remuneration : As per Company standards, will be based on last drawn CTC of the candidate
