As a part of their Consulting department they are looking to identify Assistant Manager-Corporate HR- HR Analytics & Reporting.  Would you be keen for a role where your responsibilities are to-   1. Lead and support Human Capital Management (HCM) project teams for various HCM projects; indulge in content management and requirement analysis for key stakeholders.  2. Analyze data and construct HR Analytics dashboards.  3. Undertake improvement in processes ; work on HRIS systems and modify the project related documents  4. Design and implement strategies for various OD processes like - Succession planning, Talent acquisition and Development.  5. Maintain strong connect and liaison with the virtual team and primary stakeholders of the organization.  Are you someone with-   1. A post graduate/ graduate degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in working on Human Capital Management/ Corporate HR in BFSI space.  2. Prior experience in Constructing HR Analytics/Project dashboards and Stakeholder Management.  3. Prior experience in Reporting specifically in Attrition, PMS; Analysis & Matrix preparation.  4. Expertise & experience in managing the implementation and service delivery of Human Resource Information System (HRIS).  5. Prior experience in Service delivery management and managing projects in Learning & Development.  6. Exceptional analytical, team management (virtual) and communication skills.  7.
