Assistant Manager - Control/MIS/Reporting - Pharma (3-5 yrs)
Role:
- Play active role in preparation and analysis of Sales Forecasting, Budgeting and monitoring against Actuals periodically
- Support in driving a robust and reliable budgeting process every year
- Monitor and control expenditure against budgets, analyze the spending and prepare reports for the management periodically (monthly) in order to maintain financial discipline and provide inputs to management for effective decision making
- To analyze, generate and consolidate Sales and Financial information and be responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Sales and Financial reports periodically (monthly) to provide stakeholders and decision makers with relevant data aiding decision making and compliance reporting
Requirements:
- CA/ CWA
- 3-5 years experience in Controlling, MIS, Reporting, FP&A
- Knowledge of business operations in a consumer facing industry ex: Pharma, FMCG etc.
- Advanced knowledge in MS office applications especially Excel and Power point
- Knowledge of SAP/Hyperion/COGNOS/TM1 would be added advantage
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills
