The role is primarily responsible for strategic delivery of compensation and benefits & HR Analytics activities across all levels and business.  Responsibilities:  - Compensation bench marking  - Market survey analysis & bench marking by line of business and skill sets.  - Compensation design  - Pay linkage to annual period review  - Driving & managing the compensation initiatives  - HR Analytics  Experience:  - MBA with 5 - 10 years of experience in compensation & benefit & HR Analytics activities preferably from consulting, IT/ ITES industry.
