Company  A large Public Limited Company, based in Mumbai, manufacturing metal products for a wide range of industrial applications, with a turnover of USD 1.5 billion and exports to over 90 countries is looking for a meritorious and experienced Secretarial professional to be a part of its Secretarial & Compliance team.  Candidate  - Qualified Company Secretary, preferably with a degree in Law or undergoing the course, with experience in the Secretarial function, in a large public limited company.   - Should have a proven record of assisting the Company Secretary in activities connected with conduct of Board meetings, compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013, including preparation and filing of documents and facilitation of secretarial audit.   - The candidate is expected to have expert knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations and Secretarial Standards as well as regulations connected with the relevant industry in his / her current assignment.   - Strong drafting skills, as well as excellent oral communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential. The position reports to the Company Secretary.
