Role: Assistant Manager -- Company Secretary  Responsibilities:  - Support the UK Company Secretarial team in managing the following compliance for UK entities:-   - Maintaining statutory records for UK entities, and submitting statutory filings for those entities  - To assist in the preparation of Annual Reports and statutory returns  - Ensuring records maintenance in compliance with statutory regulations  - Updating Global Entity Management System (GEMS) database  - Maintaining and updating related party records  - Assisting with the drafting of minutes of routine meetings  - Comparing statutory accounts with changes recorded in statutory register  - Ensure that agendas and supporting papers are circulated in accordance with governing regulations  - Requesting reports, collating and distributing meeting papers, and uploading these to BoardPad-   - Other activities as agreed with the UK CoSec team  - Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action  - Should be open to travel to UK for business requirements  - Should be open to learn - UK companies compliance  Knowledge & Skills:  - Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) - with 2 years of post qualification experience  - Good working knowledge and implementation experience of Company Law and other regulatory laws  - Ability to plan and prioritize activities in order to meet deadlines  - Strong interpersonal & influencing skills and an ability to work in a team environment.  - Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver to tight deadlines.  - Knowledge of UK Companies Act, 2006 including regulatory compliance is desirable, but not essential.  - Basic knowledge of Financial Accounting
