Forex / Trading transactions knowledge would be an added advantage  Responsibilities To be able to handle the operations of the GCMS Section and have good exposure in:  - To handle the entire operations related to GCMS / Transaction Banking / Internet Banking.  - To handle the customers and their queries. Ensure prompt handling of matters with effective follow-up as per the customer need  - To process GCMS Plus / Omakase documentation and monitor to effectively follow-up any pending documents.  Skills required - Expertise in MS Excel /Word   - Good command over English language (oral & written communication)  - Good interpersonal skills & Decision making ability  - Pleasing Personality & Team Player  - To adapt to the Situation
