Job Description :
Full lifecycle of Campus hiring :
- Partnering with managers or HRBP for forecast
- Designing strategy for the season & planning campus program for the year, cost budgeting for the season
- Identifying & liaising with colleges, develop & maintain strong relationship with universities, slot negotiation, planning & scheduling the hiring event, on-campus hiring process management,
- Branding on campuses, keep in touch activities, event management, on-boarding & induction
- Preparing campus reports & metrics
- Conducting orientation sessions for interviewers travelling for on-campus hiring
- Building & maintaining relationships with Internal (business) and External (colleges, vendors) stake holders
- Identifying & finalizing on vendors for various assessment tools
- Will be responsible for various levels of hiring
