Assistant Manager/Manager in a Chartered Accountant Firm for handling audit assignments, Tax advisory and Mergers & Acquisition assignments.
1. To manage the Statutory Audit and Internal audit assignment of MNC's as per assurance standards and legal regulations
2. To work as senior on the due diligence and other management audit assignments
3. To work with and train articles / b.com graduates
4. The candidate will be expected to be a team member in advisory assignments whilst exercising compliance with indian taxation and accounting laws
5. The candidate may play the role of team leader on some engagements with 1-3 team members reporting to them for the project. In such cases, individual shall have responsibility of reviewing the work done (Deliverables) by the team members
6. To interact with the client representatives for the ongoing requirements of the project
7. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge
8. Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
9. The job would require travel to client locations anywhere within Chennai and India
Salary range: 5 - 8 LPA
