The serve around 24 million insurance customers having 0.6 trillion pounds of assets under management.  Reporting to the Deputy Manager- KS Consulting, you will be responsible for:  - Conducting Business Analysis, analyze findings & defining solution and obtaining sign off  - Supporting engagement team during functional validation and effectively interacting with the stakeholders across various business, operations and IT teams.  - Working on client's business operations and IT initiatives.  As a successful applicant, you have:  - A post graduate in finance or MBA with 4-6 years of experience in business or data analysis with exposure to methodologies and frameworks.  - Prior experience in banking/ financial services with a broader understanding of banking or capital markets with deep understanding of front or middle office domain.  - Knowledge of asset management, securities with proficiency in requirements management, business analysis and solution definition and data analysis using spreadsheets or SQL queries.  - An experience from asset management or investment banking from OTC/ETD derivatives/ treasury/ settlements/ operations/ accounting/ data/ regulatory backgrounds etc.  - A tech- driven, flexible, adaptable and motivated to work in a high pressure environment.  Benefits:  - Monetary and non-monetary benefits for right candidate.  - Dynamic work environment with multiple challenges and learning opportunities.
