1. Implementation of awards

1) Debiting of the award amount from trading member's available fund when the award is passed by the arbitrator.

2) Initiate the implementation process after the award is passed in favour of the client.

2. SEBI reports

1) Ensure that the SEBI monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly reports are prepared/uploaded in prescribed given time.

3. Uploading awards on website

1) Ensure that the awards are uploaded on website on daily basis

2) Track of the hearing uploaded on website through system automatically on daily basis.

4. Bye Laws and Regulation amendments

1) To initiate the process of amendments to the byelaws and regulations primarily based on SEBI Circulars

5. Sensitive Cases

1) To analyse the query received from the regulatory authorities viz SEBI, EOW, RTI, Court Notice etc.

2) To draft replies for the queries/letters received from SEBI, police, EOW, RTI, Court etc. relating to arbitration.

3) To solve the problem or queries raised by the regional offices on timely basis relating to arbitration

4) To understand and co-ordinate with Legal Team for the documents received from Judicial Authorities

6. Monitor functioning of regional office.

1) To monitor the processing of all arbitration and appellate arbitration matters conducted by RACs and ensure that all the processes are completed within defined timelines.

2) Ensuring compliance of arbitration activities as per the defined service standards.

7. Arbitration Committee Meetings

1) To prepare and place the agenda for Arbitration Committee meetings on periodic basis

2) To prepare and ensure approval of Minutes of the Arbitration Committee meetings

3) To oversee the implementation and compliance of decisions taken by the Committee relating to arbitration

4) Appointment/empanelment of new arbitrators to the panel of arbitrators of Exchange.

8. Arbitration database development

1) To oversee development of arbitration database as required to improve the efficiency of the processes of arbitration

2) To oversee the development of database in line with the change in the procedure as per SEBI circulars issued
