We are Antal International, a UK based executive search firm. We are currently recruiting an AGM - Strategic Marketing for a Large size Indian Listed Organization

Title : AGM - Strategic Marketing

- This position is primarily responsible to drive execution of Transformation initiatives throughout the organization and act as change agents for speedy and sustainable results.

Key responsibilities :

- To drive key strategic initiatives and shadow business excellence initiatives, while actual implementation of those initiatives will be driven by the corresponding BU execution team.

- Develop project charters for each initiative along with consulting firm with roles & responsibilities for team members clearly defined. Assess Point of Departure on each of the initiatives.

- Development of detailed and integrated implementation roadmap for each initiative.

- Regular tracking and reporting of progress across initiatives on weekly basis to PMO Head and Finance

- Escalate any issue / bottleneck on any initiative to PMO Head

- Provide strong analytical and research support on the various initiatives. Develop collaterals.

- Collaborate in analysis and evaluation of opportunities

- Develop fact based recommendations along with BU execution team

- Measure and quantify the gains from each initiatives.

- Act as change agent within the organization

Functional Skills :

- Strong business Acumen

- Experience dealing with large volume of data

- Advanced Excel skills

- Knowledge of SAP

Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. Chemical / Mechanical and M.B.A. - Marketing / Finance from a reputed B- School

Experience : 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
