Treasury :   - Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.   - Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.   - Co-ordinate and arrange Long/Medium term loans, Working capital finance etc as per the need of the organization  - Managing FOREX for the organization  - Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted.   - Review and recommend changes to the Debts based on the market conditions.   - Prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.   - Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.   - Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.   - Manage relationships with financial service providers.   - Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.   - Manage, direct, and develop Cash Management staff.   - Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.  - Cash Management & Treasury related activities   - Additional duties as directed by supervisor.   Taxation :   - To handle all Income Tax Assessment related matters with Tax Authorities  - Organizing for all details asked by Tax Authorities during assessment proceedings  - To co-ordinate with Transfer Pricing Consultants and arrange all details required for T.P Audit & Assessment  - To organize for all taxation appeals, attending hearings, coordinate with consultants.  - To do advance Income tax computation on a quarterly basis, Co-ordination for annual tax audits  - To co-ordinate and assist in finalization of corporate tax return for the company  - To co-ordinate and do the GST assessments   Skills :  - Should have handled Treasury & Taxation for 3-4 years  - Should have managed Foreign Currency debt  Reporting to Group - CFO  Repartee's Manager - F&A  If anyone keen then please apply with your updated resume with your current CTC asap at below mention contact details.  Nisha Shah 022 - 66500709
