Assistant General Manager - Litigation - Real Estate

- Responsible for the Legal function of Residential, identifying, anticipating and mitigating legal risk, providing legal support to the senior management from time to time

- Identifying and coordinating with various top counsels and advise the management in various deal structure, land buy, sale agreement template, lending, borrowing, pledges etc. Ensure complete quality control over all aspects of the transactions in line with Company policies.

- Responsible for drafting and vetting of various commercial documents, Lease Deed, Conveyance, Mortgage Deeds,Development Agreement, Agreement for Sale etc.

- Ensure due diligence is carried out to prove clear title in case of land acquisition, participate in negotiations and drive timely documentation and closure

- Represent the Company before various regulatory authorities/Courts of law for resolution of any legal issues

- Ensure that the business operates as per statutory/ regulatory norms and contract terms and thereby no penalty clauses are invoked against the company

Salary offered: 15 - 25 LPA
