Assistant General Manager - HR/IR (BAWAL)  Salary offered: upto 20 LPA  Around 13 years of experience in managing PLANT HR from a Manufacturing background.  - Good knowledge of Industrial Relation, Compliance, Compensation & Benefits  - Managing end to end HR operations at the Plant Level  - Building & sustaining a strong Talent Management & Retention culture accountable for all HR & administrative deliverables.   - Ensuring adherence to the organization policies, processes & values   - Ensure proper and timely manning of manpower and minimum pendency with regards to the resources.  - Proactively provide inputs to the Management on the HR policies, processes, Voice of Customer that may have an impact on the smooth functioning of the Manufacturing Unit.  - Work closely with Plant Head and other leaders to facilitate implementation of organization policies & initiatives   - Develop and deploy a robust HR MIS system along with relevant analytics that is aligned to Managements requirement and needs.   - Accountable for implementation and administration of compensation programs, occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales as per the changes in the Rules / Laws (e.g. minimum wages).
