MBA (HR and Industrial Relations) with 11-14 years of work experience across various domains of HR in an Automotive organization, preferably an MNC
Should have exposure to a Automotive environment and people management issues as well as a good grasp of various functional areas of HR and Industrial Relations management.
Strong Domain knowledge of HR, ability to comprehend and see the big picture, Process and system orientation, Methodical and number oriented.
