We are having an opportunity for the position of Assistant General Manager with a Pharmaceutical Company based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

Job Description :

1. To formulate HR philosophy and strategies and liaison with the top Management.

2. To make effective human resource planning in accordance with the organization's business and strategic plan.

3. To design employee policies for individual and organizational effectiveness.

4. To ensure smooth co-ordination between HO / Regional HR & Plant HR for various HR Services.

5. To support learning and development needs at plant of the individual and organization and deliver the same through internal and external partners to enhance knowledge and skills.

6. To create effective work and job design and systems through employee compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, communication, rewards & recognition, succession plan etc.

7. To conduct employee goal setting and performance evaluation through appraisals at plant.

8. To build employee competencies essential for job performance.

9. To create an avenue for higher job satisfaction and work motivation.

10. To constantly plan and design new methods and systems to develop and strengthen HRD climate and constantly review the effectiveness.

11. To ensure cordial relations and constantly monitor and control situation across the country for higher efficiency & productivity and have effective dialog with employees- whenever required.

12. To fulfill statutory compliances under various labour laws

13. Maintain monthly HR Dashboard at HO Pan India and shared with HOD

14. To receive, check & forward performance goals of employees & final evaluation forms

15. To summarize & comply employee training needs

Qualification: MBA HR
