Role :

- Should have work experience in Corporate HR and as a HR business partner and Support functions.

- Should have handled HR Generalist roles with specialized projects on Employee engagement, Executive Trainee Scheme (Conceptualization and execution), Employee Relations, Sales HR .

- These Assignments should cover all gamut of HR activities like Operational HR, Performance Management, Reward Management, Member Engagement, Training, Recruitment and OD Interventions.

- Also will be responsible to Manage Expatriate Compensation for employees.

- Experience in conceptualizing and implementing various kinds of employee engagement and training and development programs.

- Experience in independently managing performance management, recruitment, assessment centers, OD interventions and training & development across corporate and support functions.
