AGM/DGM - Commercial

Required Profile:

Education - M.Com. / MBA

Must have hands on experience in any ERP system.

Experience in EOU/ SEZ operations preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

COMPLIANCE

- Responsible for preparation and submission of all SEZ-related documentation and returns

- Liaising with Customs and Central Excise Department for resolving critical issues / Audits pertaining to assessment and filing of returns/duties required under the specific acts.

- Attending hearings and follow up for timely order on appeals, for excise etc.

- Responsible for overall management of Raw Materials and Engineering stores - timely GRNs, physical storage & inventory control, FIFO, perpetual and periodical inventory count, etc

- Maintenance and monitoring of re-order levels an re-order quantities and co-ordination with HO Commercial team for the ordering of critical items.

- Co-ordination with vendor and transporters to ensure timely receipt of materials.

- Monitoring and maintenance of adequate insurance spares

- Controlling inventory levels through regular MIS, internal co-ordination and escalation as required.

- Monitoring of shelf life expiry items and timely usage

- Monitoring of materials sent out on Returnable GP for processing, repairs, etc

- Storage & disposal of hazardous materials and related statutory compliances

LOCAL PURCHASING :

- Identify and develop local vendors for factory requirements of engineering stores, services, etc in consultation with HO

Commercial : Negotiate prices and other terms and place orders with vendors
