Requirements:
Position: Asst General Manager Corporate Sales - Chennai (ONLY Female Candidate)
Work Location: Chennai
Reporting to: State Head Sales
CTC: Open
Key Requirement
Develop customized tariff plans and other sales programs for influencing PAN India organizations to achieve the targeted acquisitions & Revenue
Ensure compliance with Policies & Processes with reference to sales function and engagement & training of team members to keep them up to date with plans & process improvements
Coordinate with various vendors for GSM based services to enable our services meet their requirement.
Supporting Actions
Ensure that EBU Team acquires more corporate accounts by influencing these corporate through attractive plans
Support the direct EBU team in achieving sales target as per the budget
Ensure to achieve Quality of Acquisition in data card activations by taking new initiatives as per the target
Provide and recommend training to TSM/TSE/FOS for better productivity and team engagement
Recommend stakeholders (Distributors/Retailers/) on control measures to channel related business indices
Monitor quality and statutory CAF compliances and other documentation procedures and processes to ensure quality and 100% statutory CAF compliance
Ensuring the availability validated daily/weekly/monthly reports to RO and ZO stakeholders to track productivity
Ensure the regular meetings are held with vendors and resolve problems which vendors are facing to enable our services meet their requirement
To ensure the services are provided in time by involving the stakeholder across other departments.
