- Identify, anticipate & mitigate legal risk including deal structuring, land buy, sale agreements, lending, borrowing, pledges for commercial properties

- Draft & vet various commercial documents, Lease Deed, Conveyance, Mortgage Deeds, Development Agreement, Agreement for Sale etc.

- Top drafting & negotiating skills, find innovative solutions to break deadlocks

- Due diligence for clear title in land acquisition, negotiation, documentation & closure

- Represent the Company before various regulatory authorities/Courts of law

- Manage counsel, initiate legal proceedings, strategy, research & arguments; thorough knowledge of court procedures

- Introduce legal audit, set quality standards in preparation & administration of agreements

- MIS to monitor critical transactions, update management with relevant legal updates impacting the business

- Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, real estate laws applicable to flat/apartment ownership, Rent Control Act

- Abreast with latest legal developments in commercial property
