Job Description: Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Financial Reporting as per Corporate Guidelines- Drive accurate & timely financial reporting and closing
- Lead the Statutory, Tax and other regulatory compliance
- Business Partnering and P&L growth: Support business growth by working with Marketing and Operations team- leading process improvement, standardization and simplification to drive productivity
- Inventory Management working with the Supply chain management team
- Control and Compliance: Create an internal controls structure and work closely with the business to drive process improvements and efficiency
- Ensure compliance to SOX, FCPA based on internal control requirements.
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a CA First Attempt with minimum 6-8 years of post qualification experience. Ideally with a Big4 + Industry background, you have exposure to USGAAP and SOX laws.
- With a strong accounting background, you are analytical with good decision making skills. A result-oriented mindset with a pro-active attitude would be critical for this role.
