Assistant Executive Manager - Taxation - CA - Plant

Position: Assistant Executive Manager - Finance

Work Location : Chennai Plant

Qualification: CA Qualified (Mandatory)

Experience: Candidate should be from a manufacturing industry Min 1+ years experience in Finance/Accounts

Desired exposure in:

- Handle taxation (US Gaap & India Income tax )

- Interacting with statutory/tax auditors & providing required details

- Preparation of financials & notes to accounts for review

- Tax audit & 3CD

- Insurance coverage & renewals

- Preparation of Cash flow statement

- Advance tax calculation & remittance within due date

- Secretarial compliance (with assistance of CS)

Work expectations:

- Quarterly Online tax package

- Reporting through TM1 (Corporate reporting Cubes)

- Handling Fixed Assets (Put to use, depreciation & sale)

- Data support for audit & assessment (with assistance of Tax consultant)

- Coordinate with Transfer pricing auditors

- Filling internal standard documents as & when required
