Please send profiles only if you meet the criterion mentioned below and have handled a large team in the past   Role 1- Assistant Director Lead Advisory- works with global LA teams, by providing assistance on Mergers and Acquisitions, Transaction Real Estate, Capital and Debt Advisory and Infrastructure Advisory.   Role 2- Assistant Director- Operational Transaction Support- provides by providing assistance on spin-off, carve outs, post merger integration and operational due diligence.   Role 3- Assistant Director Restructuring by providing assistance independent business reviews, legal entity rationalization and liquidation process.   Role 4- Assistant Director Modelling- by providing assistance on review and creation of models on various industries and transaction types.on detailed code review which covers verifying mathematical and logical accuracy of a model, review of functions, macros, sensitivities, etc. The team also works on creating business models. It also works on providing database and reporting solutions using applications such as MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, SQL, etc. A team of professionals are involved in development of automated tools and solutions.   Common for all roles Manage a team of 50-75 people Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery Focus teams on the key priorities while managing several medium to large size projects Ensure that team members deliver quality service as per client’s needs and priorities Ensure smooth service delivery Partner with internal and external clients to improve processes Work with project leaders to analyze resource needs and gaps across locations, and devise alternative ways forward. Assign people to projects based on their skills, career goals and client’s expectations Produce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them Provide team members with accurate and useful guidance in technical areas of high risk and complexity Act as a counsellor for team members Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees Identify L&D requirements of counselees  Common Requirements - Qualified CA/MBA with 10+ years post qualification experience in: a. Management Consultancy firms. b. MNC or large Indian companies, preferably within a shared service environment. c.
