Assistant Director - M&A Research - Consulting Firm (10-13 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities and Account abilities:
- Manage a team of 30 - 40 people.
- Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery
- Managing several medium to large size projects.
- Partner with internal and external clients to improve processes at multiple locations.
- Work with project leaders to analyze resource needs and gaps across locations.
- Provide team members with accurate and useful guidance in technical areas of high risk and complexity
Competencies / skills:
- Qualified CA/MBA with 10+ years post qualification experience in M & A research.
- Excellent understanding of integration of the financial statements in an MS Excel environment
- Strong exp into Financial Research.
- Proven experience in interacting with senior management of clients.
- Leadership skills, stakeholder management, project management
