As the primary source for HR support in our Dubai office you will develop and implement innovative and high quality national HR solutions which support organisations's strategic vision, continuous improvement and the identification of new opportunities.   Key responsibilities include:  Develop and implement innovative and high quality national HR solutions which support organisations's strategic vision, continuous improvement and the identification of new opportunities  Establish and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders by providing accurate information, advice and assistance to managers and employees on specific people management issues having regard to organisations's legal and policy framework, and strategic direction  Develop, review and implement policies, guidelines and processes that underpin relevant legislation, industrial instruments, contemporary HR management practices and government policy  Participate in networks and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as unions or with other APS agencies, where they relate to organisations's employment matters  Develop high quality reports, analysis and recommendations relating to organisations's workforce and workplace activities, so as to contribute to informed, strategic decision making  Contribute to a team to ensure effective performance/service delivery in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensure quality and implement remedial action as required  Develop and implement People & Capability related information including training sessions, intranet and internal communications to employees and managers
