Job Profile: Sr. Manager/Ass Director; Brand, Digital and Social Media Marketing  BU: Brand Marketing and Communications, Markets   Location:New Delhi  KRA: Develop and manage the Brand, Digital Media Marketing Strategy   Job Description  The Brand, Digital Marketing Strategist is a core member of the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team focused on developing the digital brand strategy to drive the brand, services and programs into the consideration set of clients and communities through digital media, social media, email marketing, website optimization, etc.  The individual must also engage with the Leadership team and Partner Group to drive change internally and achieve a transition towards a - digital organization.  Key Responsibilities:  - Develop a strategy for the brand to be perceived as the most - digital - professional services brand in India   - Drive internal change in mindset towards becoming a more digital brand   - Align closely with the BMC team in ensuring the goals for their strategy are met within the digital marketing organization, and executions align with the identified priorities  - Review data results across all executions for digital marketing and provide optimization strategies based on Program Marketing strategy. Turn ideas based on digital performance into actionable, progressive and innovative initiatives.  - Assist with personalization and automation journey for the digital enabled /prepared organisation.   - Making sure that any SL / Sector Go to market activity is integrated fully into the digital channels and leverages the strength of online and social media channels  - Focus on the UX scenarios for the website, mobile and social accounts  Knowledge and Skills  Technical   - Good understanding and experience of working on brand strategies of B-2-B brand campaigns  - Strategy development and implementation experience in online and digital media strategy  - Change management experiences with regard to driving internal change towards digital   - Demonstrated ability to map out a digital and social media marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics to execute impactful campaigns.  - Understands the online and social media space. We- re looking for a social media enthusiast who maintains a personal mix of participatory expertise  - Has an understanding and experience of planning and developing Mobile Applications on both Android and Apple platforms  - Working knowledge of webpage development, HTML5 and XML  - Has an understanding of analytic tools like ComScore, Sysomos, Radian 6 etc.   Behavioural  - Influencing skills to engage with senior leadership and drive change   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment  - Self-starter and pro-active   - Maturity to work with direct reports and extended team-members   Experience   1) People who lead Accounts/Manage clients in good Digital Marketing Agencies like Ogilvy One   2) People currently employed as campaign leaders with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter  3) About 13-15 years of brand and marketing experience, with atleast 5-6 years in Digital/Social Media   4) People with experience in digital brand evangelization, leading brand and digital campaigns   Education   1) Digital Marketing/Brand Marketing/MBA/Communications Post-Graduate Qualification  If this interests you, I request you to send in your updated CV with current CTC
