Looking for candidates with exceptional analytical and communication skills for its client which is one of the largest media conglomerates in India, to manage and execute business transformation and revenue enhancement strategic projects.  Designation - Assistant/Deputy Manager  Job responsibilities include,  Work with Program leads on multiple Strategic Programs which drive business objectives/ support business transformation and/or growth initiatives  Planning, designing, communicating and optimizing process for various business projects  Data gathering and Data analysis for projects; doing Secondary research as and when required  Coordinating and following up for the projects and their interdependencies  Report and escalate to management as needed  Ensuring execution of project is as per timelines  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation  Prepare reports and dashboards on the projects undertaken  Qualifications and Specifications required,  A Post Graduate, preferably MBA with working knowledge of excel (Pivots mandated)  Good written and verbal communication skills  Ability to work in a cross functional, matrix reporting structure  Cross group coordination and collaboration ability
