Key responsibilities
- Media Planning: Handling a 100 CR marketing budget of across verticals of TV, Print, Radio, outdoor and all appropriate media selection for the brands.
- Overlook and strategize multiple brand sampling activities - PAN India
- Locate Culture / Music & Sports Events PAN India to create experiences that will encourage deeper relationships with our consumers & illustrate our brand.
- Plan & approach brands for the perfect alliance beneficial for the company & its portfolio of brands.
Core responsibilities
- Managing product sampling activities and all related POSM for maximum visibility of multiple brands.
- Developing and planning marketing strategies including events.
- Formulate marketing plans and events to create an experience of our brands.
- Develop event marketing strategies from concept through execution.
- Develop total corporate brand and product experience at tradeshows, large corporate events and other events & sponsored gatherings.
- Develop breakthrough positioning, to stimulate first-time event participation and long-term preference and loyalty for events.
- Working with a cross-functional team of stakeholders, develop a continuous stream of new event sponsorship and enhanced opportunities.
- Ensure key marketing deliverables are on-time and on-budget by effectively prioritizing projects, making timely marketing decisions and manage expectations with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for brand vehicle Modifications, related licenses, Insurance updates, repair, transportation and all Police related work.
- Handle end to end procedures for all events & monitor event expenditure versus budget
Requirement:
Education : MBA/PG in Marketing
Experience:
- At least 5 years Sales & Marketing (min 3 years marketing) experience in FMCG or Durables MNC Companies.
- Cross-functional knowledge specially working knowledge of Finance and in-depth understanding of Sales desirable
- Negotiation Skills
- Team Management is Must.
